Our Aircraft options

With Instajet, you do not have to worry about having an in-depth knowledge of aircraft types: our app keeps it simple and gives you a choice of the available aircraft categories that meet your flight requirements.

You simply select the category you want according to the number of passengers and your desired comfort and space needs, and our operations team finds the best available aircraft for your flight.

Very Light Jet

A very light jet is the entry level option for private jet travel. It is comfortable but snug for a short flight for up to 4 passengers, usually for a flight of 90 minutes or less. You'll need to crouch to get into the aircraft. On a very light jet, luggage is limited to 20 kg. You will usually be provided with snacks but there will not be an attendant on board, nor will there be toilet facilities. A very light jet is ideal for 2 adults on short trips. Typical examples of a very light jet include a Cessna Citation M2, Mustang or CJ1, an Embraer Phenom 100 or a HondaJet. For every trip you take with Instajet, our operations team will choose the best aircraft available for your flight.

A light jet has 6 seats and is a little roomier than a very light jet, although still requiring crouching to get in and out of.  It is comfortable for up to 4 passengers in a flight of up to 2 hours. Luggage on a light jet is typically limited to 20 kg. You will usually be provided with snacks. There will be no flight attendant on board, but toilet facilities are available. Instajet will select the best aircraft available for every flight you take, and examples of the light jets are a Cessna Citation CJ3 or CJ4, a Hawker 400 or a Learjet 31 or 35. Super light jets also include the Cessna Citation XLS, Embraer Phenom 300 and Pilatus PC-24 aircraft.

Midsize Jet

With 8 seats, a midsize jet is ideal for trips of up to 4 hours for 6 adults. A midsize jet has a stand-up cabin and plenty of room for baggage, as well as moving around in the cabin. In a midsize jet, you will typically have both hot and cold catering available, although there will not be a flight attendant on board. Toilet facilities are available on a midsize jet. Examples of midsize jets are the Cessna Citation III, VI and VII, Dassault Falcon 20, Hawker 800 or Learjet 60. The exact aircraft you travel on will be chosen by Instajet for every flight, where we always select the best available option.

Super Midsize Jet

A super midsize jet is a luxury option that provides a comfortable travel environment for up to 8 passengers on flights that can be more than 4 hours. There is plenty of space to move around in its stand-up cabin, and enough room for ample luggage. Both hot and cold catering are available on a super midsize jet, and there may be a flight attendant on board, depending upon the length of the flight. There are toilet facilities available on board a super midsize jet. Instajet will always select the best aircraft available for your flight, and examples of super midsize jets include Bombardier Challenger 350, Cessna Citation Latitude and Longitude or the Embraer Legacy 500 and Praetor 500 / 600.

A large jet is comfortable on even the longest flights of more than 7 hours for more than 12 passengers. With a stand-up cabin and plentiful baggage space, a large jet has a flight attendant on board and both hot and cold catering available. Toilet facilities are available and there may even be a private bathroom facilities on some flights. Examples of large jets include the Bombardier Challenger 650 and Global Express, Dassault Falcon 900, 7X and 8X or the Gulfstream G-IV and G-V. For every flight you take with Instajet, our operations team will select the best aircraft available, and will choose the operator that can provide the newest aircraft or a complimentary upgrade.
